My sincere thanks go out to all of you who have asked how I'm doing as I continue my battle with pancreatic cancer.
To date I am still uninsured, un-insurable and still alive. I am also grateful for every day I have to spend with my
two boys Max and Cash. Yes, Cash is his name. I was uninsured back then as well and cash is what we paid for him.
I'm doing better than expected. I continue to astound my doctors with the progress I've made in my fight.
One doctor told me I wouldn't live to see 55. However, in late June I celebrated my 55th birthday at a party with
family and friends. I had a great time. I expect to have more great times.
I have my good days and my bad days, but I've been encouraged as of late, which wouldn't be possible
without the incredible support I've received from my family and friends. Thank you all so much.
If you're wondering how I am doing feel free to stop by and see me for yourself. Company and prayers
are alway appreciated. Just e-mail me at bart@nitelife.org to let me know if you're coming by.
I also want to thank all of those who have been organizing benefits on my behalf. If you are interested in
organizing a benefit, please contact Laura at our office at (800) 339-2000.
And for those who have graciously inquired about making a donation, you can send a check to:
The Loiacono Irrevocable Family Trust, P.O. Box 428, West Chicago, IL 60186-0428.
You may also make a donation through Paypal.
You can also make a purchase through our store. 100% of the proceeds go directly to the fund.
There's lots of good stuff in the store including movie tickets, live theatre (play) tickets, dinner certs,
Lovers Lane gift cards, hotel overnights at a reduced fee, comedy tickets and more. It's a great
deal the rust fund gets the money and you get the stuff. Click here or call the
office 1-800-339-2000 and ask for Laura. She'll give you the current list.
